Telesales - Insurance Executive

An opportunity to join our growing Leicester-based telesales team focussing on new business.

The role will require the candidate to fulfil all aspects of new business focussing in particular on prospective clients over the phone. The role will require the candidate to process incoming new business and upsell/cross sell additional and alternative products to new clients to maximise sales.

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Managing client accounts accordingly, and seize opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional products
  • Contact new and old registrations
  • Maintain an excellent level of customer service.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage with the customer by going the extra mile.
  • Carry out dedicated outbound sales campaigns to existing and prospective clients.
  • Adhere to compliance requirements to help where necessary and further promote Rhino Trade Insurance and the services we offer.
  • To maintain a high degree of product knowledge.
  • Meet personal/team targets.

Telesales - Customer Service Executive

The role will require the candidate to fulfil all aspects of customer account management focussing in particular on renewing existing customers over the phone. The role will require the candidate to process incoming queries from existing policyholders and upsell/cross sell additional and alternative products to existing clients to maximise sales.

  • Renew existing Rhino policyholders
  • Maintain an excellent level of customer service.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage with the customer by going the extra mile.
